1. What should you provide when you contact us the first time?

2. We will selected the production based on the info that we gather from client.

When we selecting the product, many matters we will consider, such as the local standard certificated request, structure / wall thickness, wind pressure, warranty, and location of the project/house. With our profession R&D ans salesperson, we will make selections on the product and asking for client’s confirmation before giving the proposal.

3. Prepare the proposal based on the selected products and quantity.

Normally, we will need around 3 working days to prepare the initial proposal. These are the terms you can choose: FOB China port price; CIF Price; DDU Price; DDP Price.

In the quote, the main specs will be mentioned :

“Contract Sign & Payment Collection”

4. Get signed proposal (proforma invoice) and 50% down payment from client.

Why we need to get signed proposal, since before finalizing each proposal, we usually go through several versions. Therefore, it is necessary to have the client’s signed confirmation. Why we need to get 50% down payment, as your order consists of customized products, we require a 50% deposit to ensure smooth processing of the order.

5. Get signed shop drawing soft copy from client.

Detail shop drawing will prepare after step 4, and product sill start after client confirming the shop drawings.

6. Lead time & package

Sample orders, urgent orders, regular orders, and special orders all have different lead times depending on the quantity.

The lead time for regular orders is around 30 days, while special orders and project orders will require an additional 10–20 days. Your dedicated sales representative will be happy to provide you with the exact delivery schedule.

7. Sending QC record and collecting 50% balance.

QC record will be sending thru email, online apps, by pictures or videos. Then Client needs to arrange the balance before we package and book the container.

8. Loading and monitor the arrival schedule.

Our team will provide detail packing list, loading record and the customs clearance document to assist on the clearance at the customs and delivery.

9. Installation guide & After-sales support

Video installation guide or installation drawing will provided before the cargo arrive client’s project site.

We have a professional team for packaging and container loading, which ensures a very low after-sales issue rate. In the unlikely event of any damage, please feel free to contact us immediately. Our salesperson will giving the solution within 48 hours.
